Semi-Private Training (2-6 clients):

Weightlifting is physical movement in which you use your body weight or equipment ( dumbbells, barbells and resistance bands) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance! Plyometrics is a form of exercise based on making quick, powerful movements.
Sports Performance Training:
Sports performance training prepares an athlete to compete in their sport of choice. Sport training mimics the movements and skills required for a particular sport!
